Nikky Cake Studio is a luxury bakery and cake shop in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria. The main target for this store was to create cakes that match those milestones worth celebrating and to build a social media presence that matches that.
What we did:
Social media marketing: For Nikky Cake Studio, we created all social media account, increasing the number of followers from slightly above 3000 to about 30,000. We also engaged followers in interactive social media conversations by having active social media accounts on Instagram, and Facebook. We managed every aspect including crisis management, and by also weaving social elements into every aspect of marketing efforts to create peer-to-peer sharing opportunities.
Content marketing: By streamlining our content, we created relevant content that served to educate and inspire consumers who are seeking information on details of the details of cake and important information about the cake industry.
